RE: we and number pad not working
Hi numeric keypad not working, I only use Dell computers and always have a fresh install of windows 10 pro when I have a windows 7 operating system on the computer. Never, never do I do an upgrade from 7 or 8 to windows 10, all your problems come along with the upgrade! I always have the numeric keypad working just fine with Narator, NVDA, and window-eyes, and I just had a dell laptop wiped clean and anew fresh install of windows 10 pro withte newest windows 10 drivers and such done and everything works just fine. Something must be conflicting with your numeric keypad and window-eyes. Regards, Roger Adaptive Information Systems Inc. Just wondered if someone happen to know of any OK translation software. I did use Duxbury in the past, but have lost my license key. And from what I can make out of it, that package is not exactly cheap. Basically, I need just a piece of software, that will format a plain text, into something printable in Braille. Of course, it will be best if it manages Grade-Two, as well. If any of you would have some brand name, or some kind of experience to share, please let me know. Contact me off-list, that we don't clutter the traffic here. If nothing else, I would have to write my own little piece of software, to handle the few printing jobs I need. Does there exist any booklets, that define the printing rules of American Grade-Two (contracted) Braille? Anything up-to-date available on the net? Thanks for any feedback. ___ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared. Thanks for the info Tom. Regarding the Office 2016 funky behavior, sometimes, when replying to an e-mail, the return message is no where to be found on my screen even though it is there. Also, seems like my verbosity setting goes away too. Speaking only letters rather than a whole word. Minor but annoying.
