Kim, there's an email program that comes with windows 7, it's called winmail. I've been using it for a number of years, it works so well you'd think you were using outlook express. Note this will take a little configuration on your part. It's very important that you follow the configuration instructions very carefully. This is a link to download the configuration package. Kitty, I can send a text from my computer to my verizon phone with vzwpix.com So for an example to text a verizon phone number from my computer I would put in the to field 1234567...@vzwpix.com A friend told me about the extention vtex.com that linda mentioned but it didn't seem to work for me, but I'll try it again.
