I am so sorry, every single time I update anything, the diagnostics disappears. I honestly thought I had to go to Utilities to get it back, however for some reason I cannot find it there this time. Okay, sorry if this has been asked already, but how do you send diagnostics if your computer is silent? The only time I see the messages about sending error reports is after rebooting from it being silent. Hi Reg, If this isn't a window-eyes problem, a starting point maybe the event log. There maybe too many entries as I write, so you may want to start with a new log. Others i am sure can tell us both how to do this. Then to delve further: the information on this page may help, but it would take me out of my comfort zone unless it was my problem.
