Yes, those initial few hours when everyone is trying to do it are usually not 
the best time to try.  I also could not do it then, realized that was why, and 
just waited a few days.  Then it worked first time out of the box.

So far, I am noticing a big difference since I have downloaded 9.4. 
Response seems a lot snappier, everything is right there under my fingers. 
Like, if I am reading an email, I finish, and hit escape and delete, the 
next one is right there for me to enter on, instead of making me wait.  And 
I, so far, haven't had to get irritated by all the repetition when window 
eyes is reading me the email.  That's all I've checked out so far, but from 
what I can tell, way to go, GW!  Pam.

Hi:

I noticed Smart Screen complains with the WindowEyesForOffice file for
WE 9.4.  It says something about the signature being invalid.  Also
noticed this with the evaluation version of WE 9.4.

Do you folks have to alert Microsoft every time you release an update
so they don't think the files are malware?

I know that, at some point, Smart Screen has allowed the earlier WE
setup files to be downloaded without complaint.  Also, in Windows 8
and later, Smart Screen runs at the desktop level without Internet
Explorer, further exaserbating the problems.

Although we are used to getting E-mails announcing updates, I don't see a 
problem here since Window-Eyesnotifies when an update is ready. This

I had no problem in downloading and installing the 9.4 update through
Microsoft versionh of window-eyes.

In my retail version of window-eyes I just went to the gwmicro web page
entered my retail serial number and it generated my update and I downloaded
it to a usb thumb drive and then installed it on my different windows 7 pro,
8.1 pro, and 10 pro macjhines.

Hi window-eyes users,

I had no problem in downloading and installing the 9.4 update through
Microsoft versionh of window-eyes.

In my retail version of window-eyes I just went to the gwmicro web page
entered my retail serial number and it generated my update and I downloaded
it to a usb thumb drive and then installed it on my different windows 7 pro,
8.1 pro, and 10 pro macjhines.

Hello, I'm actually afraid to upgrade since I had to uninstall WE 9.3.1 due
to WE constantly crashing on  my 8-core 8 Gig system running windows 10 on
my SSD. Also since I only paid the $50 for the current version, I may be
disqualified. I hope you did fix the constant crashes.

I used the Download button on the Update screen under the Help menu.  The
problem is: The download starts fine; there's no speech output; I hear the
traditional Windows 7 beep that announces the the "allow" message has
appeared, but I am unable to Tab onto the Yes button so the process can
continue.  It has worked in the past up to 9.4.0.
