Also, one thing to note Make sure verbosity/office/excel/cell information/speak position is set to if no header defined. There is always and never as options. Hi Rick, yes I start by being on cell a1 which has the heading symbol. one of the settings gives a1 to j41 which I tried, but did not work I changed the setting a1 to j1 and set column headings only and still headings are not given just the cell a1 etcc I guess I will call gwmicro tomorrow for help. It just announces the cell address.Pressing arrow right will give b1 etc. any suggestions.
