Re: Introducing myself
Hi Kamy: Excuse me for being a relative latecomer to this discussion,, but I had a client who had this problem using Microsoft Office, and I told him to maximize the window, which fixed it. Hi Camy, Are you trying to read Word documents or some other sort? If you are using a full-size keyboard, are you using the arrow keys next to the keypad, as you should, or the arrow keys on the keypad, which are not the same? RE: Introducing myself
Hello. I am a Window-Eyes user and certifier. As for your issues with documents, the issue does not happen on my computer but I could give you a couple of suggestions. If Window-Eyes doesnot read the document, try alt tabbing away from MS word, and then back to it, and try using up and down arro again. You should also check to make sure that the gw-micro add in is installed and running. Here's how you do it. 1. Press the alt key, followed by the F key. 2. press the letter T key to open up the options dialog box 3. Press the down arro key until you hear, "add ins" 4. Now, press the tab key two times until you hear your list of add ins. At this point, you want to find the Window-Eyes for office helper add in. To do this, press Alt G to open the go to dialog, and use your up and down arrow keys, and make sure that the Window-Eyes for office helper add in is checked.. I hope this helps.
