Key described and bypass

A little long, I'm afraid. I'm using windows 10 on a Asus notebook. The key 
describer is caps lock one but the insert key is Fn and the delete key which is 
at the top of the keyboard press at the same time. This is a bit awkward can 
someone help me to figure out how to create a bypass insert B as in boy he 
stroke? Thank you if this is confusing just know that I will regret it for the 
rest of my days perhaps I am better off using a standard keyboard

Go to Hotkeys, Miscellaneous, Bypass key, and change it to whatever you 
want.

Hi Joe:
If you can, it is probably less nerve-racking to use a standard
keyboard, but having said that, there are ways to get around the
frustrations that are encountered using a laptop keyboard.
