I suggest examining the two links in every E-mail you receive from the list. You can change membership and subscription options through them. The only way you receve email is to open the mail app. If you don't open it, you have no email to read. Who knows, you may find yourself borred stiff and 'wanna take a wee peek! Your iPhone can hold quit a bit of email anyway. Hi. at the bottom of every email on this list, look for a bit of text that says, for membership options, visit followed by a link. press enter on that link and you can adjust your subscription to the list.
