Robert, If the answers you've received don't work for you, in Outlook I just press the applications key (same as shift F10) to bring up the context menu for the current message. In my context menu is a menu item to move the message. I'd be surprised if your mail program doesn't also use context menus. One way to move messages to a folder in WLM is to use the sequence ALT-O then I then M. Then arrow down to the folder in which you want to place the message and hit ENTER. Note that first letter navigation does not work in this list. Try Alt+h i m. You should then be able to move a message to the folder you desire. Oddly enough, I had never thought of using the mouse keys on the number pad, but it certainly makes sense. .
