Hi Steve, Please be certain that you are actually within the folder in which you are selecting files before you press Control-A. This is done by pressing Enter after you have highlighted the folder whose files you wish to copy. Then, after pressing Control-C to copy, you must actually open the pen drive before you press Control-V to paste the files. Again, you open the pen drive by highlighting the drive and pressing Enter.
