Hi, The best time to send a diagnostic report is when you are having the issue in question. After rebooting the computer or restarting Window-eyes the issue in question is gone. Hi Reg, If this isn't a window-eyes problem, a starting point maybe the event log. There maybe too many entries as I write, so you may want to start with a new log. Others i am sure can tell us both how to do this. Then to delve further: the information on this page may help, but it would take me out of my comfort zone unless it was my problem. Okay, sorry if this has been asked already, but how do you send diagnostics if your computer is silent? The only time I see the messages about sending error reports is after rebooting from it being silent.
