Hi Mickey. I find this aspect of web access problematic, and I've never had success with Audible. I think there are variations in how pages are designed.
I went to my bank, which uses drop-downs for some of the menus. If we are talking about the same thing, the best that I have found is to press enter (to ensure that browse mode is off) and then alt-down-arrow to open the pull-down. Arrow up and down for specific option. Sometimes, Window-eyes will turn browse mode off as it thinks the pull-down is part of a form, but this isn't guaranteed. Java gets in the way as well, because information is being updated as you make selections and enter data. Browsers vary as well: Neither Firefox or Internet Explorer behave consistently. Hoping I'm somewhat helpful at least - it is just something which seems very clunky. Good luck. Vaughan. -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+vaughan.dodd001=msd.govt...@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of Mickey via Talk Sent: Thursday, 21 April 2016 12:17 p.m. To: Window-Eyes Discussion List Subject: Drop-down boxes Hi. I'm drawing a total blank. How do I get WE to show drop-down boxes? Audible isn't showing them at all. Thanks for your help. Oh, I've got Windows X, with the latest WE.
