Is it possible you have turned up your volume for system sounds in the
mixer?
If you open the system tray with Insert-S, arrow down to the speakers icon,
right click it and arrow to open volume mixer and press Enter, you will be
in the dialog where you can find the slider to control the volume of system
sounds.
Turning it down will at least make your experience more tolerable. smile

I am using Windows 7 Pro with Window-Eyes 9.4 with IE 11 and Office 2010.

On almost every key stroke I make there is a bell ring noise.
I cannot recall what I did to enable this and therefore cannot recall how to
disable it.
