Please set the Outlook view to conversation view and you cann read your
mails as usual.
It is caused by an Outlook update.
Also use control-tab and control-shift-tab instead of tab and control-tab
to

go from the mails list to the folders.

Best,
 Ralf

Hi William,

Recent updates to Office 365 to the current version has modified Outlook's
behavior such that you must now use Control-tab or F6 to move to the
message

list of the selected folder and you must add the Shift key to these
keystrokes to move back to the folder tree once again.
You can Also use Control-Y, as always, to find and jump to a certain
folder

quickly.
Further, Control-R doesn't seem to work to reply to a message unless you
have the message window itself open, that is, it no longer works from the
message list.
I'm certain we will all continue to write to the list to help each other
keep up with these accessibility challenges.
As for verbosity, I am certain that the Window-Eyes developers will
continue

to issue updates to the Outlook Enhanced app to deal with changes to the
interface.

Hth,

Rod

Hello everyone

I've just recently installed Window-Eyes 9.5.1 on a windows 20 machine. As
of yet, the anniversary edition has not come through for my machine.

I've noticed when arrowing through the message list on Outlook,
Window-Eyes

will say "no associated drafts" "unread" "attachment" "no attachment".

I know what the "unread" means and that status will change to "read" if
indeed the message has been read. I have also noticed that when reading
Hotmail messages, it will say "no reminder".

I've tried a few settings to try and silence those notifications but I
can't
seem to figure out why it won't change. It seems there might be an icon
that

needs to be focused on and at this point, that icon has no focus.

Does this make sense and if so are there any suggestions? I'm also
thinking

it might work better once the windows 10 update has come in.
