RE: Windows 10 v 16 whatever must have been installed

2016-09-25 Thread Rick Thomas via Talk
Thanks, that is what I now have but...
All my scripts are gone in script manager so I am getting nasty handling of
some things.
How do I get all requisit scripts loaded back into windoweyes?

Hi: I checked my Windows version using jaws and it is now 16.xx which means
my system was upgraded. I didn't get any questions, notifications or even
the delays booting up others have gotten so had no clue.
What all do I have to do to get Windoweyes back running with my office
subscription?
The Windoweyes Online Office Check window seems to be blowing up. I have
actually logged on to my office account and restarted Windoweyes but that
did nothing - Windoweyes is still in 5 minute demo mode as it were.
What all have you had to do after the aniversery upgrade to get your
platform back to quote normal running conditions and especially to get
Windoweyes back working?

RE: Windows 10 v 16 whatever must have been installed

2016-09-25 Thread Rick Thomas via Talk
Hi Don: Yes. Now Windoweyes is trashed.
It starts in demo mode, only will run for 5 minutes, not enough time to do
much of anything, and all my scripts are missing when I look at the list of
running scripts in the ScriptManager.
What on Earth do I have to do to fix this Windoweyes mess?
I am guessing a ReInstall after a complete uninstall but I don't know if
there is a recent version of the uninstaller program nor if it leavs
remnants on my computer that will screw up a new install. Also, I run the
Office version and how will that be impacted? I don't even know if I still
have the Microsoft code, key, that I picked up a couple of years ago let
alone how to ReApply it to a new download.
Any tips, pointers or an article I can read someplace with jaws which still
seems to be working fine?
What a friggn headache.

I think if you check windows 10 will automically update, even if you change
yourpreference.
