Hi Afik, Perhaps reinstalling the Office 2010 set files will help you, as follows: First, close all Office 2010 applications. Open the Window-Eyes control panel using Control-backslash. Press Alt-F to open the File menu, and then press F to choose the Factory sets option. In the list, press the letter O repeatedly until the Office 2010 option is selected. Finally, tab to the Install button and press Enter. When asked if you wish to replace the set files, choose 'Yes.'
