Curt,

Did you get your old call back?

I went to the link which you provided below. I have paid my $20 for this
season. But cannot find where to log in.

RE: mlb.com accessibility Again

2016-03-03 Thread Barbara via Talk
I forgot to also mention that if you need to call MLB Customer Service for
technical help, be sure to ask for someone who specializes in accessibility
for blind customers. This will get you more effective help with someone who
knows some about screen readers.

Hello, if anyone has a consistent way to access MLB game day audio,
please tell me the steps you follow. I find the service to be very
inconsistent to access. Sometimes I can log in, but most of the time I
get taken to a page that says, To learn about our efforts to improve the
ccessibility
and usability of our website please visit our Accessibility Information
page.

RE: mlb.com accessibility

2016-03-03 Thread Barbara via Talk
Try this link.

http://mlb.mlb.com/media/player/mpa/index.jsp?c_id=mlb

You will need to log in. If you use the t for the WE table hot key, you
will find a list of the day's current games. Looking around some you will
find other information of interest.

I hope this helps.
