I believe control-shift R is reply to all; control-r is reply to the sender. However, control-shift R is read to end in Window-eyes. If you go to your context menu, just arrow to reply all and hit enter. if u do not want to go to the menus to find reply to all, you can use the bypass command ins-b. After hitting that command, ctrl-shift-r will reply to all. I am using the bypass command and that is the problem, ctrl shift R is not working. Can't always get to the menu as the num pad is not consistent. I remember the good ol' days when the num pad worked like the mouse. Open the Window-Eyes control panel and make sure that Hot keys, Miscellaneous, Read to end isn't using Control-Shift-R. If it isn't try assigning it. The reason for doing this is that Window-Eyes will tell you if it's defined as any other hot key. If not it will then be assigned to Read to end. So make sure to undefine or redefine it.
