I don't know. that is one that has me wondering as well. I think maybe there is some setting that we are not noticing yet. I can help you with the first question. You must look for a setting called let cortana respond to hey cortana. To do this the easiest way is: 1: search for cortana settings 2: hit enter 3: tab one time past the option that says manage what cortana knows about me in the cloud. 4: make sure the option i refered to above which is allow cortana to respond to hey cortana is pressed. note: You might want to have cortana learn your voice. You will get a list of 6 phrases you must say to her, don't worry, its pretty easy, and if you mess up she will prompt you to resay it. Staying with the US American English region, is there any way I can change the Cortana voice from female to a male voice instead?
