Did you install the drivers from HIMS?

Subject: strange behavior when connecting Hims braille sense

Ok so I'm totally new to Window-Eyes, and perhaps this is just some setting I
have wrong, but Hims could not help. I have connected a braille sense U2 to a
Usb port, selected the correct port in braille settings, and voila I can move
around the screen with the braille device. However under my fingers is no
braille. Is there any reason this could happen? Thanks so much.

Hi Eden

In my installation instructions for the Hims driver, I notice that it
says "note, you may have to close and restart Window-eyes before braille
appears".

To do this press control+alt+F4, and then enter to activate the OK
button to close Window-eyes. Then press control+alt+w to restart it.

Good luck
