I have it set for single line view. That's not the problem I'm talking
about.

When in the treeview when you arrow up and down from inbox, drafts etc. WE
9.1 no longer speaks how many messages are in each box and no longer speaks
how many unread messages are in each box.

Set your live mail to single line view, and that should take care of the
problem. Pam.

Let me ask this about WLM?

When I was using WE 8.4, I could arrow up and down the folder list and WE
would tell me how many unread messages are in each folder. This no longer
seems to be the case with WE 9.10.

Hi Net Bat I some times can just tab to the message body.
But do you have my problem with WLM i get only on my win 7 machine every
time i use it and start reading or deleting emails I get a message saying
WLm is not responding witch stops We straight away.
And some times i can alt tab to get WE back.
Or I press hot key alt control W to get WE back,
And IE gives me same message lots about not responding.
It gives me an option to wait or close or check for a salution to the
provlem.
Whitch their never is one.But on My win 8.1 i never get that WLM message
and only some times i get it with IE 11 with win 8.1.
Cheers Michael.

the problem is most of the time focus is left in the to field when you
reply. it does not always go to the message edit box.
i constantly write my message in the too field and have to cut and paste it
back into the message edit box because wlm will tell me to check the name
because it is not a valid name when i try to send it.
