osm2pgsql doesn't support "super-relations".
And you should better ask such questions on the dev@ mailing list.

That was a simple question to the users of osm2pgsql. Knowing *now*, that it
is not my fault, i can ask the developers if they can change it. Or do it by
my own.

I fixed Russian and Ukrainian pages and also changed

was pointing to OSB too.
