What about someone not from local community attempting to check whatever data

was a copyright violation? AFAIK imports that are not giving source can be 
reverted at will,
by anybody, without consultations (especially after attempt to clarify the 
copyright situation).

Thanks for making this photo and sharing it (especially on licence allowing 
reuse) 
and thanks to Christoph for pointing me to it!

If someone has a similar photo - please, share it. This timejust one is enough 
but sooner or later it will be useful to have more variety.

[OSM-talk] Looking for phot of mapping mappers

I am looking for a good photo of mappers mapping during survey. It turns to be 
surprisingly hard.

Can someone share/link one?

- I am not interested in photos of groups of mappers before mapping or after 
mapping
- I am not looking for image of people sitting in front of computers and 
ebntering data
- I am looking for good photograph that is not blurry/low resolution/overexposed
- I prefer to avoid highly noticeable ads in background or on clothes of mappers
- It would be great to show faces of people that can be recognised as mapping 
something

I tried searching via standard googling, and also looking at more specialized 
searches.
I failed to find anything useful at OSM wiki – even 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mapping_parties 

had no picture of mapping until today (I just added one)!
