When I asked him, Spanholz said he would be happy to see the questions
and answers mirrored onto an open platform. All it takes is one
volunteer (or several) to step forward and do the manual work of copying
content back and forth.

Which open platform? Up to whoever volunteers. :)

And of course, the offer to submit questions by direct message still stands:

[OSM-talk] Somaliland villages

I recently came across references [1] to two villages in Somaliland,

  * Adadlay, "95km east of Hargeisa" - Q101155687 [2]

  * Agabara "about 50km north of Hargeisa" - Q101200905 [3]

and have created Wikidata items about them, as shown above.

Nomintim returns Cadaadley for the former; are they the same?

It finds nothing for Agabara .

Can anyone suggest locations/ alternative names?
