[OSM-talk] Diary moderation

Hi!

Lately, there were many cases of spam in russian OSM diaries
([1],[2],[3]). Which is more concerning, there's a post ([4]) with
step-by-step instruction on how to setup josm and other tools for
Google Maps (and other proprietary) satellite imaging tracing.

Who's to mail to delete such stuff? Is it possible to assign more
moderators from Russian OSM community to deal with it faster?

It so happened that I was experimenting with the same thing in Feb,
and this week I've finished the utility which can combine highzoom
tiles into lowzoom ones and apply overlays in a fast and easy way,
and I though you (and others) may be interested in it.
