why would you think it is not? Facts are not protected by copyright, and
individual address data isn't a database either (it would be a problem if
you copied from yellow pages or similar, rather than the venue's website).
One problem that might come into play in some cases is privacy / personal
data, but for business features and similar POIs (cultural features, etc.)
I wouldn't see it as a problem.
