Would it be possible to lift captcha restriction for autoconfirmed users or to create an additional group (similar to the autopatrolled group on Wikipedia: 90 days old, 500 edits) with captcha restriction lifted?User block didn't work, and IP block didn't work, so the wiki admins were forced to implement captchas.
