I just wanted to add a couple of notes on the interesting news presented by
EdoM - which is indeed exciting for us.

The interesting aspect on this -independently of the type of radio- is that one
afternoon show, airing MON-FRI from 5 to 6 PM, will be covering OSM-related
activities in the area of Milano over the next couple of months, promoting
events we will propose (mapping parties, presentations, etc.)
The radio show is all about different aspects of things happening around the
town of Milano, with a focus on the street, mobility issues etc, and has some
"comedy" twist.
In the preparation of this collaboration we have also been getting in touch
with various potential map makers and map users, that did not even suspect the
existence of OSM (and seem to like the idea now that they know).
So: we are very curious of seeing the developments of this initiative.
all this will be happening in Italian...but we will do our best to keep the
international community posted on the developments of this collaboration with
Mente Locale (this is the name of the radio show)
