Are you looking for particular data by this user or just all edits/additions by this user. If looking for particular data then search for that first within the area then search through the history for each item. JS's tagwatch scripts are a possible starting point but would involve setting up a lamp server then modifying them. [OSM-talk] Question on filtering data
I would like to filter OSM data in a large area which is about 600km square and find what has been surveyed by a particular mapper. If data has been added to this later eg a maxspeed tag by another mapper, I do not want this data excluded. I accept that this may involve a series of searches.
