Actually I think the correct translation is "National Transport 
Information Center"  (see their logo at

Hmm, perhaps. It would have to be a pretty significant source, there are
currently 41650 ways with tag source=NTIC. Feels too prevalent for
either of the options you mention, but who knows?--

Could it be:  Northern Technologies International Corporation? They seem to
have businesses(oil and energy) in korea. Either that or Tourist
Information Center?
