The production server is not to be used for testing data imports.  
Please use a test server. If you need data dumps to see how it  
renders, that can be organised.

Well, i'll be doing some canvec import tests up in the Canadian Arctic.

Ocassionally. I saw a spot in the antarctica and thought it was a
scientific outpost, but on zoom in it was just some stupid test ;-)

Its spam, I think a Secondary Road with the name of "Test", with 3
Tertiaries and 2 Railway Lines crossing at 90 degrees some on bridges
some not, In Antarctica, edited by someone called Polar Bear kind of
gives the game away,  I'm not sure you get that many trains in
Antarctica and why would they call it Test... (If it was not one)
