Last time I checked that page it said that mph values should be
converted to km/h. The change from that seems to have been January
2009 and if we now can add mph in the maxspeed=*mph instead I don't
see the value of such a table, so I think you can go ahead and remove
it.

yes. There where some very good arguments for it.

that, for countries that use imperial values (i.e. in miles/hour), we 
should tag the speed limits shown on the signs (+ " mph"), not convert them 
to kph.


Assuming there is no significant disagreement with this, why should there 
be a conversion table on the wiki page? Anyone mind if I remove it?
