2009-10-28 Thread Joe Pranevich
Hello,

Yeah. Looks like an edit conflict or something as my nicely redrawn
coastline for that part of the map has reverted. Oh well. I'll do it again.
(But I did that last night, well after my first email. I didn't want to
spend any more time on it until I understood why my changes weren't showing
up.)

My last Changes appeared in Mapnik after 3 Weeks.
The last Update was at the end of last Week, the one before on 3rd of
Okt. so you still may have to wait more then 2 Weeks.

I still see crossing coastlines, especially in this area:

There is one scetchy coastline with way id=22306017 and source=PGS
crossing an island with id=43250051, and a bit more south there is also an
island, id=43250058 which is inside the coastline of id 22306017.

I see that you edited 22306017, which was edited afterwards. Maybe that
messed things up?

update within at most 2 hours from when you made your edits. I'd check to
see, but the osm main page isn't responding for me atm.

coastline update is slower and may take 1-2 weeks in Mapnik rendering. roads
are updated immediately. TAH should update quickly and you can use it for
checking.
