The information on who did what is in the database, and always has been. It's just that unless you're public, only the admins can see it. So it will not add to the amount of trouble we're going to have with a license change. It's only Potlatch that prohibits such edits. JOSM and the main API permit them. cheers Richard Thanks for the answer.
