[Talk-transit] One way multiple times in bus relation

Hi,

I need to create a bus relation for this:
http://www.mibus.com.pa/rutas/albrook-esclusas-de-miraflores/

I already created two separate ways for Albrook - Esclusas Miraflores
and Esclusas Miraflores - Albrook:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/3546520
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/3546519

but in reality, the bus route is one single Albrook - Esclusas
Miraflores - Albrook. E.g. you can board at Albrook all the way to
Esclusas and disembark again at Albrook.

So my question is, should i add few ways multiple times to new
single route or use backward/forward role? Or something else?
