Dear members of the Australian OSM community,

We are a group of researchers from the Human-Centred Computing Group of Aalborg
University, Denmark. The OpenStreetMap project provides an example of a highly
collaborative and distributed community working towards a common goal. As such,
this makes the OSM project a highly suitable place to study to better
understand the needs of online collaboration.

In our current study, we are interested in the collaboration between human
contributors and bots/automated edits, and what can be done to further improve
this interaction. We realise this is a highly contentious topic within the OSM
community, and we would therefore love to hear from a broad representation of
OSM contributors.

We are running a short survey - which should take roughly five to ten minutes
of your time. We'd greatly appreciate any input you can provide. No personal
information will be collected, and we will share our insights with the OSM
community. If you wish to enter the raffle for a $25 Amazon voucher, you can
leave your email address at the end of the survey.

Our survey can be found here:

Best regards,

Niels
