Hi, Good news indeed. I did a quick search on the format. It uses the BLTAC format (Belgium Local Transport Automatic Connexion).If you open data you will get a bunch of text files not very easy to understand.
Hopefully, they gave also the documentation of the BLTAC format[1] and I found a csv version (a bit more human friendly) here[2] with at least the coordinates of the bus stops.
