Ben,

I could not find the map with the French style, I do like the rendering of
the highways in the German style (
http://mc.bbbike.org/mc/?lon=4.32983lat=51.15654zoom=11num=2mt0=mapnik-germanmt1=mapnik
)
The look reminds me of the old days with maps from Falck

Stijn,

thanks for describing your projects. I'm glad you find the How to map an
object page useful. It seems that his is the biggest achievement from the
meeting in Lier this year.
Somewhere deep down on my list is to write something on the mapping of
walking networks for the wiki, as I share your impression that some stuff
is out-of-date.

www.bloso.be are usually not that accurate). Soon I noticed that there
are many places where not much has changed to the road infrastructure since
2009/2010. At first I did some corrections, refinements, etc. here and
there. But a few weeks ago I started with a complete review of the road
infrastructure in Genk. It's more work than I expected. And now and then I
get sidetracked by other things ...
I'd also like to put some effort in the wiki. The 'How to map an object'
pages are very useful, so I'll probably concentrate first on that. But I
noticed that elsewhere in the Belgian wiki some pages haven't been updated
in years and seem to be somewhat outdated.

Besides mapping some stuff from my vacation I will continue working on the
