maybe start to request him to not add this a fake name :) nor a tourism=information I found nothing better than highway=milestone (maybe ppl should make a request for comment on tagging mailing) Is the distance the same on both direction ? if yes distance=number is enought. If not, distance:forward/backward can be used. I fixed this edit in bulk with overpass, with what I think is the best possible solution, if you don't know back/forward. just use distance, it's actually also much more common to use the latter.
