Bruno, in my experience the difference in offset is not the same everywhere in Montreal. In my neighborhood (Pointe-Saint-Charles) it is only minimal, but in other parts of the city I have noticed larger offsets -- though maybe not as much as 17m, more in the 5m range. Which one is more accurate: I'm not sure. I usually decide case by base by looking at nearby GPS tracks. Cheers, Harald.
