As long as the source doesn't have a copyright issue, I think cameras are appropriate. Interpolations are generally regarded as approximations until we can get individual addresses mapped. The post in case was about if was more common to map a building with an address as one way with a building tag and address tags or as one way with a building tag and a node with address tags. It is more common to use a way with both a building tag and address tags by at least 10:3.
