Chances are good that this is a bug with HTTPS anywhere and Firefox. If you are using that extension with Firefox, disable the OpenStreetMap Wiki ruleset. See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/8841 for the corresponding HTTPS anywhere ruleset bug.
