The SK and Saskatchewan are display because of a node a this point. Here's Manitoba's node: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/305700705 You probably can look for the deleted node in changes where the SK should be. The "SK" at z4 and "Saskatchewan" at z5,6,7,8,etc. have disappeared. Manitoba and Alberta appear to be fine. I took a quick look at the SK border relations in the corners.
