I believe instructions should be provided somewhere. It’s a good idea to 
document the project like the LA building and to have a page where guidance is 
provided on how to do buildings.

The wiki for the project could do that. We will have a presentation page that 
could point there for instructions.

It probably sounds dumb but building:levels etc will need some guidance,
for example in the case of a shopping centre where most is single level but
part, perhaps a third, is two levels.  Gas stations building=roof with a
separate building=commercial for the till?

Is there somewhere in the OSM wiki that can be pointed to for each
attribute required or should someone prepare something specifically for
this project?
