in my know a *_link did not get a name like Autovía Extremadura - 
Comunidad Valenciana (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/29981606)


is this normal in use ?

other question to name ... is it ok to named motorway_junction like 
área de servicio (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/538857266)  
or vía de servicio (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/1015846943)

I agree with you and also *_link shouldn't use the ref of the motorway 
they come from/go to, as in your example (I have removed both tags)

I don't think vía de servicio is the name, but the exit_to (also fixed)
