The next Mappa-Mercia social evening will be on Thursday July 1st in Bedworth to the north of Coventry. Mapping till 8pm and then in a local pub (venue to be confirmed. The Bedworth cake and signup table is on the wiki page [1] Hopefully we might see some of the other Coventry folks there? Peter (sherbourne) is a regular traveller to the Brum meet-ups. I prefer the elephant contour line on a map of Ghana (in Gold Coast days), which I remember seeing at a British Library exhibition many years ago. I think it featured in QI at some stage, but cant find an image on the web.
