Draw the footpath through the buildings. That should be okay.



For access, you can set dates and times like this: 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Access


For wetlands try these tags. They are quite new and may not suit everything. 
Defining habitats is a bit tricky at the best of times: 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:wetland


Perhaps use this for filtration reedbed (as well as a natural=reedbed tag): 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dwastewater_plant
