This looks like an armchair / geometry exercise -- rather than just adding notes to request local mappers to (re)survey them. I think some of the issues may be due to missing highways "in/under" multi-storey car parks, whereas othes are probably because a highway should be split into smaller pieces -- but it's not all going to be clear without a survey.
