I thought the piece was interesting and a useful plug for OSM. The bit 
you probably missed when the link was lost was good when the host 
described the detail of a small footpath in Lincoln city centre.  
Unfortunately your piece was followed by a piece about Waze, as though 
OSM and Waze were a similar product. 

If I had read your email earlier I would have suggested that you mention 
how good Yorkshire is compared to Lincolnshire to generate a bit of 
local competition :-)

An appeal for volunteers on the ground would be nice (apologies for 
stating the bleeding obvious!) - quite a few of the roads are traced 
from e.g. NPE.  Lots of footpaths need to be added too, and there's some 
quite pleasant walking country there (unless you're addicted to hills).
