If its the name on the sign then it's effectively the name of the business so 
map it.

The same would apply to lots of small businesses for example I mapped this

If a dental practice has the name of the dentist in large letters on the fascia 
(rather than any other name) does that count as a business name to be mapped or 
personal information to be kept private?
